Local heroes the Loved Ones are up to a whole lot lately. Dave Hause and co. will be shooting a video for the second single off of their new album Build and Burn, “Louisiana,” in New York at the Knitting Factory on September 14th. “Louisiana” is the band’s third video, and features a guitar solo Tad Kubler of the band most likely to drink you under the table, The Hold Steady (do I smell cameo?).
If you consider the Loved Ones one of your loved ones, take the R7 to Trenton and switch to NJ Transit and go get yourself in a music video. If the Big Apple isn’t really your bag, you’ll have a chance to catch the Loved Ones here in Philly at the Electric Factory, albeit opening for Flogging Molly.
