Welcome to Apartment Complex, a new series where I take you inside the posh dwellings of some of Philadelphia's most creative people. My first trip brings me to Fishtown and to the stunning second-story apartment of Free People graphic designer Lizzy Janssen.
One step into Lizzy's apartment and you know you're in for something exciting. Packed with clashing patterns, a wall full of eclectic prints and paintings, all capped with a handmade--handmade by Philadelphia artist Elizabeth Garvey, none the less--lighting fixture, the hallway leading upstairs to her apartment does an excellent job of transporting you to a much happier, much more kitschy place.
