Metal dudes, get psyched. Announced about an hour ago on the R5 Twitter feed (which is consistently good, whether it be show announcements or funny links) was High on Fire and Priestess. I’ll give that a second to sink in.
Where is this ridiculously awesome show taking place? Where would be the most awesome location? If you said The Church, you’re right. While The Church is a Unitarian church, I still feel like I’m getting back at old CCD teachers whenever a metal band books a show there, even if I’m not there.
The show’s not til Tuesday (Boom, I can quit writing now. I used Til Tuesday in a news item. Aimee Mann’s psyched.), April 6th but tickets go on sale Friday. Soon enough all of this snow will be gone and April will be here, so don’t get left out in the…warmth.
