Lykke Li: Swedish indie-popstar Lykke Li Zachrisson played under the Queen of the Valley tent during the last evening at All Points West.

The electro princess gathered a respectable pull for her performance. Fans danced sensually through Li’s biggest hits, “Little Bit,” “Breaking It Up” and “I’m Good, I’m Gone.”

The singer’s cute voice and drawing demeanor kept the audience engaged, while the diverse percussion lines and smooth synth tones kept everyone moving through their collective prayers for no more rain.

The Black Keys: Garage blues duo The Black Stripes, I mean, The White Keys, I mean, The Black Keys played a set of gritty guitar rock at the Bullet.

The band played an interesting set, spanning the hits from a few albums, including “The Breaks,” a track from their first record which was recorded in a basement, “Have Love, Will Travel,” a cover of the hit by proto-punks, The Sonics, and “Strange Times.”

Singer/guitar Dan Auerbach’s drawing vocals carried the set through a series of crunchy, grungy songs. Unfortunately, the vocals were a little washed out making some of the tracks come off a little lack luster. Patrick Carney’s drumming was solid as ever, though, and the act went over pretty well.

MGMT: I didn’t actually see any panties get thrown onto the stage, but that was sort of the vibe I was getting while MGMT played. Something about synthy pop songs and baby-faced singers really does a number on young girls.

The group pulled most of their hits, opting to save the biggest fan favorites for the end of the set. The show started slowly, but it eventually erupted.

When “Weekend War” played, a horde of juveniles rushed the stage, departing from the competing Coldplay set. During “The Handshake,” Andrew Van Wyngarden‘s squeaky vocals brought out more than one equally effeminate squeal from the audience. The slow beat and ringing harmony of “Electric Feel” also elicited a good response.

Being the last band to play the Bullet stage that night, MGMT held a loaded encore, playing their best-received single, “Kids,” for the mass of muddy, chanting fans.

Etienne de Crécy: Ever since the French started selling arms to terrorists and stuff, my staunch patriotism has kept me from buying their wine or soft cheeses. Still, I’ve yet been able to avoid their music.

Club/house DJ and producer Etienne de Crécy played out of an electrified 3 x 3 elevated cube above the stage in the Queen of the Valley tent. His standard fare two-step beats allowed for yet another end of the night dance party at the festival.

Not really directly addressing the audience, Crécy closed his set using a robo-electronic voice to say “goodnight, New York,” before leading the crowd out with one more dirty dance track.
